They have to require this ridiculous "trust stamp" because they're too incompetent to keep actual WRITTEN  RECORDS and they're also far too lazy to keep track of any type of records - - but we should trust them, at all times, and never question them or their motives . . . yeah, shure pal. 

That's not gonna happen in America if a few good people can help it.  We have many doctors in America who do not believe in all these "childhood shots" because the children they're giving them to, are far too young for their bodies to accept this heavy load of chemicals to any degree of safety.
