Is democracy destroying America?

I don't know WHY people insist on writing these long, drawn-out articles, but this one is damned near like a book.  He does, eventually, get around to the point of telling people that America is not a democracy, it's a republic.  Always has been.  So part of history is constantly being misunderstood by the masses, who will not be reading this long article, I assure you.  I ended up skimming the last 1/4th of it - - I just don't want to read anything THAT long.  It's good reading but if you wanna be sure to see the whole thing, be sure to set aside quite a bit of time.

Re: Is democracy destroying America?

Again, America is not a democracy, it's a republic.

And, just for my record of criticism here, I hope that Durkan woman gits her ass whipped in the next election.  She's about as stupid as a post.
