If you like beer, which my family does, especially in summer, you'll learn a lot from this article. We prefer the Hefeweizen beers, I do not care much for ales, they are usually too heavy tasting although I love a good, DARK beer as much as the next person! I love dark beer mixed with chocolate - yum!
