It's not easy to find, but my goodness - - you'll never use whole wheat flour again.  This was my Dad's favorite type of bread when he was growing up and my Mom never could find the right flour.  I finally located it here at the link below, and by golly it's even organic!  Can't beat that with a stick.  I'm ordering already . . . (Oh great, it's out of stock until NEXT YEAR for heaven's sake.  Must be popular all of a sudden).  Crap.  Oh well, you might find the information useful anyway.
