D3 is the "sun" vitamin, which is precisely why "they" are also telling you to stay indoors.  Well, Chris Cuomo can stay in his basement and screw his wife if that's what he wants to do, but he won't stay healthy that way.  He's also the bigass mouthy creep who's constantly telling people to stay away from beaches.  What a GD jerk.  There is no healthier place to be than the beach - - which is precisely why they DON'T want you to go there.  You'd get beneficial stuff from both the sand and the surf, not to mention the benefits of the vitamin D3 packed sunrays. 

But see, they'd rather you didn't know this information.  It's almost as if they WANT people to be sick (cough, cough - they DO want that, of course)
