Yep, could be.
 
State employees of DCF threatening to take kids away from people who only want to open and run their businesses is a gross mis-use of the "system" and should never, never, never be tolerated under any circumstances.  I certainly hope the Judges in those cases have the brains God gave a gopher, because if they don't they'll never ever be re-appointed.  Many of those Judges, however, are democraps who tend to follow their leaders orders just like little puppy dogs following their mama's for their food.
