And who, for God's sake, is going to be liable for this humongous debt?  You can bet the democraps have loaded that bill with all kinds of goodies for themselves and their party.  Besides, last I heard, several republican senators were saying there may BE no 3rd phase much less a 4th phase which the democraps are already actively planning.  Where does this sort of thing end???

We MUST petition our reps, especially the repubs, to thwart this monstrosity.  America is already in debt for FAR too much money.  What part of this "broken system" do the dems not understand???  Apparently all of it is beyond their brain size.
