Do you BELIEVE the audacity of the medicare system these days?

First they're telling us how broke the system is (meaning "broke" as in - - no money). 

BUT - - for the next 24/7 you hear nothing on tv but ads about all the "FREE" programs you can PROBABLY get through medicare. Free dental.  Free hearing aids.  Free this, free that.  It's astounding how people will fall for such gobbeldy gook.  Our medicare system is in debt beyond belief but every advertisement is about signing up for free stuff. 

WHY are they doing this?

I know why, I'm just wondering if you know why . . .
