I've long suspected that these "higher education" places were nothing more than a front for money grabbers.  If they weren't they would provide more education for less money, you know what I mean?  If the real purpose of those institutions is education, then EDUCATE.  It's not supposed to be about making money because that's not what an education is always about. 

Only to places like Harvard, MIT, etc.  THOSE places are in it for the money, which is often a disguised way to shuffle money from one place to another without being noticed as easily.  But let me ask you - - wouldn't the IRS know about this? 

Of course they would!  But have you ever encounter two more lying factions than 1) education and  2) the monetary health of the American citizens??  I doubt it.
