Some of these people are just bonkers, no other explanation fits the scenario.  We, in America, put people in jail for having an ounce or two of grass in their pocket but democrap loudmouths can spout off about whatever they want, and act as completely crazy as they want.  They quote the Constitution when it's to their advantage to do so, otherwise they want to do away with it and the freedoms or restrictions it offers.  Lord love us for being so inconsistent and stupid.
