John T. Flynn on Roosevelt & Pearl Harbor

My parents were married on December 7th, 1938, only 3 years before Pearl Harbor.  My Dad did not have to go to war, luckily, because he was a livestock producer and was to stay home and raise meat for food, which is what he did anyway.  Nevertheless, I'm glad he didn't have to go to war because in March of 1941 my twin brothers were born!  Me, not until quite a few years later.

If communications back in the 1940's were the same as they are today, Roosevelt would have been booted from office during his first year, not elected THREE times.  But people just didn't know anything about the guy and his real agenda.  Too bad, that.  Many people idolized him and that is what's REALLY too bad.
