My right eye was affected by the slight stroke I had back in April 2019 and is really the only and biggest complaint I have since that incident. I keep researching and trying to learn about what things are important for keeping my one good eye as healthy as possible. There is a cataract in it but my eye doc says it's a long way from needing attention yet, so I'd like to do all I can to maintain it as long as possible. I just don't like the idea of going into any kind of surgery (even 20 minutes for a cataract) since the stroke. You may understand that, you may not.
This is a good article, and there are a couple of good articles within it to click on, as well. Happy hunting!
