The story of the "sacred" Black Hills

This is HOMEWORK!!  Consider yourself a student who will be questioned on this at some time in your life.

This is fascinating, if you're interested in history and/or geography.  I live in those hills now, so it matters to me that the Native American people HAD to forfeit this land because now it is nothing but houses and gubmint controlled "parks".  And it's getting worse every year because the gubmint is letting people build homes where there should really never be a home.  Some of the homes hang off the hilltops and if we ever get a good sized earthquake (Wyoming has lots of them yearly) those homes will end up in rubble and the people in them will be injured badly, or dead.  People are strange creatures - - they think nothing bad is ever going to happen to them so they take the dumbest chances they can possibly think of.

One of these days the Lord will remind them who is in charge, I fear.
