Loaded Mashed Potatoes (delish!!)
If you use this recipe for nothing else other than how to roast a head of garlic, it will serve you well. I myself, love these potatoes without the added garlic heads, I use garlic powder. Much easier and I'm always looking for fast and easy dishes to make.
