We used this on waffles and pancakes - yum! I didn't add as much sugar since some of our friends are diabetic, but we did add some sugar substitue to one small batch.
I always make small batches of this because blackberries are not easy to find and they are very expensive.
Make and store in fridge for a while and then what you don't use up (on cheesecakes, pancakes, etc.,) put into a plastic bag and freeze. Nice treat for winter!
