We already know the man is a pervert and a habitual offender of any and all rules that apply to the rest of the world.  Just because he has money he thinks he can do whatever he wants to do and get away with it.

He's already had ENOUGH trials and stuff.  Throw his ass into jail, forget the fines - I don't think anyone makes sure he pays them anyway - and toss him so far back into the clink that they'll have to work hard to pipe light to the dumbass bastard.  HE'S A CRIMINAL.  How many chances is he going to get, compared to other criminals???  I'd say he's had his chance to prove himself and he hasn't done that and never will because he's a perverted, child-abusing soul who belongs in hell to burn for eternity.
