What does the weather really have to do with it?

"Huge reductions of food production have been reported and prices are just beginning to reflect our new food reality."

This is about 2 things:  population control and keeping prices on food and medical care as high as possible.  That way, when the medical industry charges you three arms and four legs for an emergency room or clinic call, people will think nothing of it at all, except that it will be an albatross around your neck, debt-wise, for the rest of your life. The industry will convince you the cost is "necessary".  What a crock.
