Wow, every other commercial on several channels at a time, they have that ad with Tom Selleck where they are pushing people to refinance their homes "for their golden years so they will have more money to spend".   They don't mention until the end of the commercial that this DOES have to be paid back, and most people don't really hear that part.  It's sad.  They are simply pushing old people into debt so that their families inherit the debt after they die.  Crooked deal?  You bet.  DON'T DO IT.  Don't fall for this line of crap.
