Ashwagandha is there anything it doesn't do?!

I've only been taking this stuff for a few days and it's already starting to help me sleep better at night.  For YEARS I haven't slept well and I'm not sure why.  But I'm going to continue to try this stuff and hope it keeps working.  It's an adaptogen - meaning it has various uses.  If you take it early in the day it will give you energy, if you take it late in the day it will help improve sleep.  But it does SOOOOO much more than that and I'm so totally looking forward to some help with a longstanding anxiety issue.  I've got it under control for the most part but outside help is always welcome so I hope the ashwagandha levels things out for me.  That was be really nice.

It really does have lots of uses and I think anyone would welcome it on-board to their daily supplement routine.
