She's out of her mind, as usual.  And, as usual, it's the fault of the parents.  WHERE were they during all this?  How did Jackson get away with this crap if someone, anyone, was paying attention?

No one was paying attention because there was money involved.  And there were also therapists involved, and they seem to be amongst the most perverted people around.  Never take your kid to a therapist and let him/her go into the office alone.  NEVER.  Someone needs to accompany that child every minute.  Besides, unless it's only talk therapy and no drugs, none of these kids ever really "gets better".  That's a falsehood.
