Wouldn't it be nice if this were more than just a pipe-dream?  Because that's all this is.  Nothing helpful will ever come from gubmint intervention, it seems.  They are powerless against the might of BigPHrmA.  I wonder of our gubmint representatives know they're working for Pfizer, Gates, etc.?
