Like custard, sort of. You can add vanilla if you wish, but just a smidge, otherwise you hide the delicate lemony flavor. You can also mix citrus falvors together - lime and lemon, clementine and lemon, etc.3 ingredients. Pretty basic recipe, sounds good.
