A great article by Judge Napolitano.  He makes so much sense it is easy to wonder why he didn't run for any political office.  Oh yeah, he has a brain and he isn't afraid to use it so that would easily disqualify him from the minds of stupid american voters.  We need the Judge and we need Rand Paul (when he's had a bit more experience, but he already has the right ideas, that we know).  Well ................. one can always hope, right?
