Shots for the common cold?

They've got to be kidding.  EVERYONE should get a cold at least two or three times a year.  This is nature's way of providing nirvana to the immune system.  People just don't get that, do they?  They do not understand that you have to give the immune system a nudge occasionally, or it gets lazy - - just like people do!

Forget shots for the common cold and forget shots for the flu.  Try building up the immune system the natural way - - by getting sick occasionally and by drinking plenty of water, using lots of sea salt, eating properly, getting plenty of rest, relaxing once in a while (people are too hyped up about using their phones 24/7 to actually relax) and take a couple of supplements to help ease you through the sick times.  Cinnamon, echinacea, vitamin D3, lemon juice and a few other *natural* things will have you feeling better in no time a'tall. Make some homemade *vicks* for you and your children to use during a cold and cough and you'll be right as rain.  Avoid NSAIDS and other OTC drugs and most certainly stay away from your doctor who will only encourage the use of "modern drugs" (as if they're any better than what's already in your kitchen).
