Garlic for artery health and heart health

This is a good article about the benefits of even 1/4 tsp garlic powder or raw garlic.  To me it was a bit confusing in a way, because the article talks about cooking with it or pre-cooking the garlic for no more than 6 minutes or somesuch junk, but I say just eat it and you'll benefit.  If you don't like garlic, or don't want to use it on a daily basis (which many of us don't) use a supplement.  I use a brand called ZHOU which I ordered earlier this year from Amazon.  I would check around and see if you can find it elsewhere, however, as I am trying not to support Jeff Bezos, if possible.

Be sure to read the whole article for correct information.  Back in the 1970's when I was a young bride, I remember buying garlic juice and onion juice at the grocery store.  The reason I remember is because it came in glass bottles shaped like a head of garlic or the bulb of an onion, and one was brown and one was green.  I haven't seen anything like that on store shelves in decades - - probably because people used it, liked it, and were healthier because of it.  Heaven forbid.
