Homemade for Christmas - Sippin' Irish Cream

I usually always make biscotti for Christmas gifts for my clients and certain friends and relatives.  To be honest, I've never had anyone tell me they didn't like it!  I make all different kinds (I think I've posted the recipe here somewhere in the past).

This year I'm making the biscotti but I'm also making some homemade Irish Cream (just the kind you pour over ice and drink as a nightcap or an after dinner topper).

Here's the recipe I use, although I generally cut back to about 7-8 oz of Bushmills Irish Whiskey (man, it's smoooooth) and I only use 1/2 tsp of almond flavoring.  This stuff will keep in the fridge for between 2 and 3 months.  It's absolutely delicious.  You must sip it for best flavor, though.
