I am having a helluva time trying to change my email address at Walmart.  I have tried every avenue I can think of but nothing works and I have called them, too, but some ridiculous AI thing answers the phone now and is of absolutely NO help.  ZERO help.  Walmart is going to regret not hiring people to take ACTUAL phonecalls from customers.  

I am going to have to start shopping locally and have my grandkids help me carry up grocery bags, since I hurt my back.  I have to go to that same store in order to pick up my prescriptions anyway because the drugstore is located in the same building.  The place where I have to buy beer is in the same parking lot, I just have to drive about 1 block to go inside and buy beer for our summer get-togethers.  I like bubbly wine but the walmart AI thing told me I'm not "OLD ENOUGH" to buy booze on their website!!!  I'm going to be 73 this year in August!  Good grief.  

It's impossible to deal with those AI things.  I think maybe walmart just lost my business.  I buy a lot of stuff through them, too.  Most of their shit comes from China and never comes with my delivery order anyway.  NOT HELPFUL.
