This is the BEST white/maraschino cherry/chocolate frosting cake!
Even though this is an "angel cake" I will make it in a 9X13 pan (4 of them!) to go around with our huge family for the 4th of July. The kids will love it, and it's just sooooo pretty to see!

I have been looking at my "pan" situation and I think I might have to make 2 bundt cakes and 2 9 x 13 pans of this. I don't know for sure but I don't think a loaf cake would work for this. I'll maybe try that later when it's not for a holiday get-together.
