WHY is Kristi Noem the Homeland Security Secretary???  What on earth qualified her for that job?  Just because she shot a dog?  They just had a photo op thing on tv and her lips are so full of that "pump up crap" she looks like she's always pouting.  How awful, not a good look for a SD native chick!
