What do u think i should do?

We in America have enough problems without worrying about where our cars are made.  I am thinking of buying a new vehicle and I REALLY REALLY want a jeep of some kind.  I used to have a Jeep Laredo for years and loved it and then one day my husband came home and told me he'd sold it.  Then he did the same thing to me when I had a little beautiful sparkly brown Mariner.  He was always doing that to me!  I had all of my CD's in my Mariner and they went right along with the vehicle I didn't even have time to go to the garage and get them out of the vehicle!  Both of those vehicles were very low mileage and he got good prices for them but I never knew if I was going to have a vehicle or not!  Not a great feeling.  Well, now that my DH is gone to heaven, I have to face the idea of purchasing a new vehicle for myself.  I love jeep's so I've already made that decision but now I am hung up on which model to buy.  I think a Wrangler.  I also need to find an insurance company who covers hail damage.  Not too many of them in this area do because it's such a common occurrence in this part of the country.  I could fork over an extra $100/month for a garage unit at the apartment complex where I now live but I'm not sure I want to do that.  There aren't even any electrical outlets inside the garage in order to plug the car in, and in the winter months we sometimes need to plug in cars so they will start the next day!  I don't worry about that so much now that I am retired but still, I hate planning to go somewhere and then you go get into the damned car and it won't start.  Arrrrgh.

Here's some info I found online about Jeeps:

The Perennial Question: Is Jeep American-made?

"According to FiatGroupWorld.com, Stellantis currently has 52 combined facilities (joint venture and self-owned) in 24 different countries. Of these, 12 facilities are involved in the production and export of various Jeep vehicles. While not all Jeep production models are 100% American-made, the Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Gladiator, Jeep Cherokee, and Jeep Grand Cherokee are still produced and assembled within U.S. soil. Conversely, the Jeep Renegade, Jeep Compass, and Jeep Cherokee crossover are assembled mostly in Italy, Brazil, and China."

So whaddaya think I should do??  I'm hoping, since I will be paying cash for a new vehicle, they will give me a substantial discount but hey, I'm not holding my breath.
