This sounds just delicious!  Next weekend when a couple of my grand kiddo's are here we're going to make this.  I have everything I need on hand!
Making stew today.  I love stew and it's fairly easy to make.  I also want to make the chopped potato, green bean, meatball casserole, and the stroganoff made with stew meat.  Can you tell I'm hungry!!

When I'm hungry, everything sounds good, but I some days am just not up to cooking much of anything.  It depends on how my back is feeling.
