I don't have a shredder thingy so I used a potato peeler, although holding the butter stick in my hand caused it to start melting pretty fast so i had to keep refreezing the stick. Finally I just put what was left of the stick into the bowl and used a couple of sharp paring knives to cut them up after I kinda mixed them around with the flour. Easy peasy!
My grands and I like to put scrambled eggs and cheese on these biscuits and use them for breakfast.
