As far as I could tell, this was just one minute and 10 seconds of a 35 second loop, repeated over and over until they used up at least one minute.  It's kinda sorta disgusting.

NO ONE WANTS TO LISTEN TO THIS GUY BECAUSE THEY CAN'T UNDERSTAND A WORD HE'S SAYING.  I think his teeth keep getting in the way of the rest of his mouth, or maybe his tongue is getting in the way - - I don't know but I never could stand the guy and stuff like this disjointed crap didn't help.  NO WONDER HIS OWN PARTY WANTED TO GET RID OF HIM.  He can go home and have jill praise him for the WONDERFUL job he's doing.  So wonderful his own party basically kicked him off the upcoming ticket.
