This turned out to be a mess to post because even after I tried to erase it and start over, it still kept underlining everything.  The company where I get my internet and tv service has been working in this area for DAYS and everytime they try to do "an improvement" it fucks everything up big time.  I would like to switch companies but it's all we've got in this area now. I'm so sick of "technology".
