The people doing the transcribing of this speech need to be fired.  When you "transcribe" something, you do it word for word, you do not pick and choose which words you think should be used.  Sean, at about minute 13:00 said "stand their butts up and work" or something like that, and the transcription people left it out.  YOU CANNOT DO THAT.   FIRE THEM AND GET PEOPLE WHO WILL FOLLOW THE RULES.

I used to do medical transcription for a living and we had one doctor who had a very foul mouth (f word used a lot) and I had to type it each time OR ELSE).
