biden doesn't remember the FIRST debate with Trump, but now he wants to do a 2nd debate??? The guy is totally "out there". I mean, man, he's GONE.
I guess it depends on what your definition is, of "LIVE, ON AIR". To me that almost means they need to get joe jacked up with pure oxygen, that oughta really open his eyes wide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However, it won't improve his memory, at least not long-term. The people surrounding ol' joe should have their asses kicked for even suggesting that he do this, or permitting him to do it. It's cruel.
