Berry Sangria Slushy is a two ingredient cocktail recipe. A bottle of sangria and your favorite frozen berries are all it takes to whirl up your favorite childhood summertime beverage with an adult twist! Berry Sangria Slushy for the kid in you! We made these last year for our annual block party and it went over great guns!
I would just mix the sangria with whole frozen strawberries and that would work for me! Add some lime slices or orange slices for a "pretty up" and some extra flavor, too.
Berry pink lemonade prosecco punchIngredients
- 2 cups ice
- 2 cups raspberry lemonade (I used plain minutemaid limeade and it was great, then added some smashed pieces of watermelon and the juice from the smashing).
- 1/4 cup grenadine
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved lengthwise (Use frozen and whiz them in the blender if you wish, ditto for the raspberries)
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbs. thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1 (750 ml ) bottle chilled Presecco
You can mash the berries if you wish and just choose any fruits you'd like to add - blueberries, blackberries, oranges, skip the damned basil and nothing has to be "chilled" beforehand, just chill it afterward or serve it over ice.Instructions
