SHE has no authority to even propose something like this.  It is up to the judges and the court system.  SHE is part of the reason biden's assministration is a complete and utter disaster.

She has absolutely NOTHING going for her so she needs to divert attention to someone else, no??  Not exactly a new strategy COMMALA, but she'll try to be heard over the throngs of people cheering for Trump.  She's a total and complere air head.  And I'm not sure there's even any air in there.
