He inserts a note of humor into everything, including this clip.  Trouble is, WHY do the idiots who post these clips ALWAYS cut them off right in the middle of a sentence and long before the speaker is done speaking???  Every stinkin' time they do it and this is no exception.  I have tried to locate it on youtube but it must not have been posted yet.
But regardless of the cut-off clip, what IS there is pretty good stuff.

I do not belong to X and I do not intend to belong.  Maybe someone who belongs there can post a DECENT clip of the rest of what Sen. Kennedy said.
