It would seem so.  Every week, a couple of times a week, we get reports of some politician with his pecker in the wrong place, usually it's with a child, or all things.  These people are whacked out and must get that way from being in WADC for too long.  CLEAN HOUSE AND START OVER FROM SCRATCH.  If they got themselves elected once the good ones can do it again, the bad ones we already know about will be out on their shitty asses.
