He has to break our laws in order to make his OWN favored laws.  He thinks this will win him votes, but he's gonna find out people don't like to be scammed out of their money.  Maybe we should figure out how to take biden's private money for this and see how he'd feel about that.  After all, if he wants to help these students so badly, let HIM pay for their loyalty.

No one paid for MY college tuition 50 years ago, I paid for it with a little help from my father and my grandfather.  But they were so proud to have me in college they didn't mind paying about 1/16 of the cost.
