Why should they tell?
Heck, even baseball and other sports teams don't sit around and tell the opposing team their strategies, for heaven's sake. So why would the stupidass biden "assministration" expect the green berets to tell THEIR plans on how they intend to handle things at the border? That would be the height of stupidity, but of course the dimwits are too dimwitted to figure that part out, I would suppose.
