Many of us have been onto this scheme from the very beginning, just like the fake covid crap and all the rest of the nonsense being pushed by the biden "assministration".  People immigrating to America don't usually come here with brand new backpacks, new tennis shoes, new baby strollers, new jackets and blankets now because it's colder than hell on a holiday even down south.  Yes, this was intentional because biden thought he was gonna get a whole bunch of voters out of the deal.  Sorry to say, but I don't think that's gonna work for him, the old geezer just isn't going to be able to pull it off the way he thought he could.
