These are delicious (but be careful not to drink too many!)
these can really sneak up on you! I remember celebrating a Christmas party at a local pub in my hometown (when I first introduced my (now late) husband to my family and my brother-in-law kinda over-indulged in these and he was cussing those "damned hot butter rums" all day the next day!!! Said he felt like his head would fit into a washtub!
We've made these over the years and use Captain Morgan's spiced rum in them. Good Lord are they great! A sipping drink though, definitely sipping.
