This type of article kinda makes my skin crawl, but it's a subject most people should become aware about.  I'd heard briefly about it a couple of years ago but never actually dug into the subject any further at that time.  I didn't have time to read this entire article either, and I never watch Mercola's vid's (yuk) so I'm still learning about this myself but wanted to share it so others can learn, as well.
