He makes a LOT of unsubstantiated and unsupported statements, himself. There are some good things in this article but there are some wide misconceptions, too, just as with all other "nutrition" writers.
He makes a statement about raw milk containing harmful bacteria (which links to, of all places, the CDC for his information!!! OMG!). But he fails to mention there's never been a death from raw milk and there have been many deaths from pasteurized milk because it's not the same thing when it hits your gut and because pasteurized milk can also contain just as many or more pathogens than raw milk. I'll stay with my raw milk and its products, thank you.
