I'm questioning how much "pain" a person really has to be in, in order to qualify for a doctor's prescription for any kind of pain pill?  How do they measure pain? 

Pain that could be handled with ibuprofen is now being handled with heroin. 

And heroin? It's available, that's for sure.  Therein lies the biggest part of the problem.
