Guacamole soup

Made this the other day, just for myself, and it's really good.  Thought I'd share.  If you like avocados, you'll like this!

2 ripe medium avocados
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup milk
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 1/2 tsp seasoned salt (whatever is your favorite, or even just a seasoned herb mix)
dash Tabasco sauce
1 medium tomato, chopped

Cut avocados lengthwise into quarters.  Remove pits and peelings.  Blend avocado, water and milk in blender (or with a hand blender but do it very slowly) until smooth.  Add lemon juice, seasoned salt and Tabasco sauce and mix thoroughly.  Fold tomato chunks into soup; chill for several hours.

** NOTE:  If you don't have a blender or a hand blender, just mash the avocados with a fork until no longer lumpy, or use the fork to push through a sieve and continue the rest of the recipe as stated.
