It has nothing to do with food "safety"

It has everything to do with the fact that prisoners are served foods made mostly of soybeans.  Weston A. Price was doing a study on this a few years back, but I've no idea where it ended up.  I think they were studying prisons in Illinois as a test subject area because that's where most of the prisoners were gettnig sick.  I need to check and see where that "study" landed.
