We need to watch out for that *second time around* blather.  It will happen but only those who are already willing to believe the tripe coming from Mueller's office will even pay attention to this new tripe.  On the other hand, PDJT could have shut down the Mueller operation a long time ago (however, with prejudice) and he hasn't done that.  Not sure but maybe PDJT already has a strategy of his own all planned out.  I sure hope so.

Just because Mueller and his band of idiots have a couple of lawsuits, BOTH OF WHICH ARE TOTALLY UNRELATED TO PDJT IN ANY WAY, doesn't mean he has a damned thing for the future.  But let's hope PDJT has both eyes open.
